General Description:
We also offer laboratory-scale tablet printers which use the same pad printing technology as our full sized production machines. The changes parts for different images are inexpensive, which allows images to be tested for marketing or production proof-of-concept tests in a very cost effective way. These units can be equipped with a multiple cavity tablet holders and etch plates, which will allow for small clinical runs.
The PI Agate Model shown above is a single headed high resolution tablet printer that allows a single or multiple tablets to be printed. It is designed in accordance with GAMP 4 and 21 CFR Part 11 Requirements.
These lab-scale tablet printers can be equipped with one or multiple print pads. Options include 316 stainless steel product contact surfaces, touch-screen controls validation packages.
These smaller printers are also available in different configurations.
