The AC Compacting Automatic Tablet Diverter
General Description:
The Intelligent transfer system is designed to take samples from a solid dosage production machine at timed intervals based on the ACTUAL PRODUCTION TIME of the machine. The product is then transferred to your next operation. This could be a tablet or capsule testing system, sample collection bottles, weigh checking system or any other downstream system you have. Additionaly, the PLC driven system can be modified to communicate with the downstream system to signal that a sample has been transferred, so that it can begin its analysis.

It operates as a stand alone system and requires no direct electrical or mechanical connection to the machine. The diverter system is simply placed in the output stream of the production machine. This self monitoring system can be used for tablets, capsules, or any other solid dosage form.
