The SADE SP Series tablet/capsule Weight Sorters includes floor standing units with hoppers for production and clinical trials batches as well as a bench top model suitable for smaller R&D and formulation batches that sort by weight to an accuracy of ± 1mg.
The SADE SP Series can sort most standard shapes and sizes of tablets and capsules without the need for change parts, are very easy to clean and set up between batches.
SADE SP Series sorters have a sophisticated control software that allows multiple sorting modes and can calculate statistical data for inclusion in a batch report. With USB and Ethernet connectivity, SP Series sorters can be linked to local or network printers and in Remote Mode can be linked to central Batch Record or Control Systems using an XML interface.
Industrial Applications of SADE Weight Sorters
SADE weight sorters are also extensively used by industry for 100 percent sorting small parts. The types of small items that have been sorted by SADE sorters include small machined or sintered metal parts, sprinkler head inserts, fuses and bullets. There is an Extended Weight Option (EWR) for weight sorting small objects as large as nine grams. We can also develop a customized small parts feeding system for the sorter.
The SADE SP100 and the SADE SP200 weight sorters can also be used for sorting small items, with or without the extended weight range option.
