We can supply an entire I.G.S. (Integrated Granulation System) designed to your specifications which can consist of a Granulit High-Shear Granulator, a CitDryer Fluid Bed Dryer, and a CroMill wet/dry cone mill. The Cronimo G.I.S. Integrated granulation suite is designed to meet or exceed cGMP sanitary standards guidelines. The I.G.S is fully validateable and meets Free-of-Paint Design requirements. All of the product contact surfaces are made of 316 stainless steel electropolished to a mirror finish with non-contact surfaces fabricated of brushed 304 stainless steel.
The G.I.S. can also be supplied with an integrated CroPneumatic vacuum transfer system to transfer the product from one process to the next, and a CroCleaner CIP/WIP integrated washing system.
The G.I.S. granulation suite can be configured utilizing In-room design or In-Wall design design concepts.
Controls
A master control system can be supplied which integrates all of the subsystem controls into a supervisory system. All of the equipment is equipped with guards, emergency stop (E-Stop) buttons and safety interlocks for operator safety.
