Stylcam 100P
The Medelpharm Stylcam model 100P is a single station precision station tableting press intended for pharmaceutical clinical batch production and is basically a Stylcam 200R without the instrumentation. It utilizes a progressive cam equivalent to a 600 mm compression roller to give you complete control of your tablets’ compression.
Depending on tablet characteristics, the Stylcam 100P is capable of a production rate up to or greater than 2400 strokes per hour.
The mechanical area is separated from the compression area, and the compression area is kept under a slight negative air pressure to reduce operator exposure to dust. Product contact surfaces are made of 316 stainless steel or GMP compatible materials. The press uses standard IPT B, BB, D or customer-specified tooling.
The Stylcam 100P is a precision tablet press that can be optimized for the most demanding compression cycles.
