Frogerais Alpha I and Alpha II Electric Powered Tablet Dedusters
General Description:
Rotating brush and exhaust air combine to thoroughly clean tablets discharged from the press. The tablets travel through the deduster via a rotating nylon brush with bristles arranged in a spiral or parallel pattern. The brush revolves inside a perforated stainless steel housing which is fitted to the cradle containing the receiving hopper, exhaust air channel and discharge chute. The motor is enclosed in a heavy aluminum case and coupled to the brush by a permanent magnet. Start/Stop buttons are provided.
All contact parts are made of stainless steel and FDA approved plastics. GMP construction. Specially designed for quick dismantling without tools.
Polished aluminum base includes exhaust connection. It is weighted to provide extra stability and contains a telescoping exhaust tube extension to allow height adjustment.
There are Two types of dedusters:
- Standard Alpha I for tablets up to 13-16 mm in diameter.
- Larger Type Alpha II for tablets up to 30 mm in diameter.
