Advanced Analysis of Experiment Run on the Caleva MTR

Screenshot of Caleva graph comparing several experimental results, with each experiment having its own plot.

This graph is generated after the experiments have been selected and the analysis completed. This feature is available for all experiments. This screen displays the raw data for each step with the peaks and troughs in the data. The user can advance through each step and view the mean amplitudes and peaks, “Smoothing” and and “Sensitivity” factors can be varied to alter and help interpret the data. The Smoothing function sets the number of samples taken during the moving average filter; Increasing the Smoothing value will smooth the data, thereby decreasing the number of peaks. The sensitivity factor changes the resolution of the data. A Sensitivity factor of 0 results in 16 bit data and is the most detailed. Increasing the Sensitivity factor to eight reduces the resolution to 8 bit.
